Troika Music Festival Nov.7th!
New to the Troika Music Festival this year, Rock, Paper, Scissors is a live music show featuring a unique market of art and handmade wares from local artists and crafters, merchandise from Troika bands, and select offerings from some of Durham's favorite businesses.
The event will take place Saturday, November 7th, 2009 from 12:00 to 4:00 p.m. in the Trotter Building (410 W. Geer Street, Durham, NC, just one block north of the Scrap Exchange).
Music schedule for Rock, Paper, Scissors:
12:30 Three Days in Vegas
1:30 Tin Star
2:30 Mt. Moriah
Rock, Paper, Scissors is a free event.
I better get my studio moved & up & running fast if I'm going to have new goodies by next weekend! Come on out & here some rock'n bands & support your local artist & businesses!

I am drifting away in a sea of boxes as I type this ;) I'm hoping to have all the boxes moved before Sat. so when my strong arms get here there will be only furniture left to deal with. Now if only this rain would stop.... (Yikes!) What have you birds been up to this week?Psst...

Jo, I know I'm slacking off in blogland these days, but where are you moving to? I know I've read about the boxes piling up in your house, but I think I missed the whole part about where you're going. What's the deal, yo?
Kate, we're just moving about 10 min. down the road to a much bigger space for my studio. Now my mom won't be 30seconds away...we might go through withdrawal ;)
