Lux Be a Lady
Sunday was a whirlwind of fashionable fun! Dress rehearsal for fashionSpark (can't wait to show off our gorgeous models Friday night! ) followed directly by the Lux fashion show/ MTA project fundraiser & then capped off with yummy sushi & mojito's! Perfect ending to the day!
About the fashion show: Lux Salon collaborated an evening of fashion and beauty showcasing the latest trends in hair and the latest fashion styles from Revamps Jaime Powell w/accessories by Good Girls Studio, Fantasia Boutique and Wardrobbe. A portion of the proceeds were donated to the MTA Project (Myself Together Again) for breast cancer research.
If you're not familiar with MTA, you can read Debbie's story by checking out the website: http://myselftogetheragain.org/ It's an amazing project she undertook & is helping millions of women who face breast cancer! The Myself: Together Again story of delayed breast reconstruction following double mastectomy surgery that appears on these pages was inspired by Debbie*, who agreed to have the process photographed so that other young women like her could get an idea of what to expect. If you know someone who knows someone who is struggling with brest cancer please pass this site along!
