What if that something was shiny & sparkly & dainty & oh yeah by the way, you were about to attack it with pliers & clippers to rip it apart!!!?!!!

I love working on commission orders!
I am also equally terrified of working on commission orders!
(love & fear go hand in hand right??)
Usually I play with the pieces for hours, sometimes weeks, before finally taking my pliers & moving forward to that moment of no return. The second where metal hits metal & there really is no going back because once I cut off this pin-back, your Grandma's special brooch will never be what it once was.My hands shake as I cut & rip & deconstruct... shooting up a prayer...hoping it's resurrected, that its spirit is set free as I transform it & weave it into a new life. Praying I do it justice with my new creation....
I wonder how she wore the brooch?
Did she pin it on the lapel of a sharp suit
or use it to perk up a little black dress?
Did she only wear it for special occassions?
Did she meet someone of importance while she was wearing it?
{IdeaNo3, or is it 203??}
Continuing to weave my magic I hope & pray that the client will love what I did with her Grandmother's memory!
Taaa Daaa...
{The final Collage Necklace!!}
