FoR ThE LoVe

Happy Tuesday evening my birds!
(is it really only Tuesday???)

Thank you soo much for you comments on my pitiful self indulgent post yesterday!!
I was feeling the love after reading all your sweet words :)

'tis nice to know that I can bare my soul on here & bounce back
w/o you missing a beat!

I am also feeling some serious love over here today!!
Cydney is such a doll & her post made my day!

Wanted to share with you all a few my handmade & vintage treasures that are always sure to bring a smile to my face & remind me of the beauty in this world!

Happiness Is...

~A chippy little jewelry stand I made from vintage plates, the Strawberry Shortcake doll my dad got me when I was just a wee little good girl & a tulip embroidery I made with my grandmother (aka Mama Lou)~

~Mama Lou's pearls, a vintage bust form, a Fiorucci necklace (technically not vintage or handmade, but it was a very insprirational purchase as it made me want to design jewelry!), a delicious feather & rabbit fur Flapperesque chapeau~

~Handmade postcard that I believe to be from Rosie Music & an old cigar box purse my dearest Yvette made me~

*******************
What handmade treasures do you cherish???
Is there a special something you turn to when you are feeling too much??

********************

Speaking of treasures, I've updated the shop with a dash of Mrs.Havisham & I even posted a few goodies in my vintage/supply shop if you care to peruse those forgotten treasures!

Thanks again my dearest birds,
Here's to a drama free week :)

{hugs}
Johanna
